Payment Options

FlowOps AI currently uses written proposals, accepted Order Forms and manual invoices for pilot, setup, monthly and annual business services.

Current payment method

The invoice or accepted Order Form states the payer, currency, amount, billing schedule, payment method and due date. No online checkout, automatic card charging or automatic subscription billing is currently active.

Setup and recurring fees

Setup fees are separate from recurring service fees. The Order Form identifies setup deliverables, milestones and the live-service start date. Monthly services are invoiced for the agreed recurring period. An annual price is the full fee for one agreed 12-month period and reflects pricing equivalent to ten monthly fees.

Renewal and cancellation

A fixed service period does not renew automatically unless a future written Order Form expressly introduces a renewal mechanism and the client clearly accepts it. Notice, early termination and refund treatment are stated in the accepted agreement; the website does not create a blanket cancellation or refund rule.

VAT, taxes and currency

VAT, sales tax, withholding, reverse-charge treatment or other taxes depend on the contracting entity, registrations, client status and location, place and nature of supply, and applicable law. The proposal and invoice will state the confirmed treatment. FlowOps will not represent VAT as charged unless entitled and required to do so.

Third-party costs

Provider licences and usage charges are included only where the Order Form expressly says so. The document identifies included and excluded costs and whether the client contracts with or pays a provider directly.

Future online payment capability

Online card or wallet payments may be considered later only after provider onboarding, tax and legal review, security testing and clear checkout, cancellation and refund terms. References to Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa or Mastercard describe possible future options, not currently active payment methods.
